Benchmark Thread V. 3

To do that I need to pass 1800 or so on the core. I just wonder how hard it will be to either add another 6pin contact to it or/and expand of the current 6pins to an 8 pins. It has solder points for it.

Adding your scores tomorrow. I see we score pretty close, however I'm running a 3570K at 4.5 with a GTX 680.

cool, you might have the edge no multi GPU problems and the CPU is a little better especially for games that don't multi thread well. Was planning on getting a h100(with custom fans so I dont wake the neigbours) and overclocking to 5hz in future though :D

I will counter that with delidding mine and raising the OC on it. I shall not lose.

Thank you! One of em is reference, the other is Windforce. That's the most I am able to squeeze out of em for now. I won't be upgrading my GPU's until 14nm comes out next year.
You also got a very nice score. Titan X surprised me a bit with its power, definitely a beast card for a single GPU.

I messed around a bit more, managed to squeeze a tiny bit more. I'm pretty sure I hit the wall now (at least with stock coolers).

In my opinion you only need a little bit of common sense and a few hundred dollars to build a future proof pc that can last a long long time...
