"And indeed We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in six days and nothing of fatigue touched Us"

(Qur'an50:38)

The creator does not get tired or anything like that, it is a human aspect which people applied to God.

If we could ever figure out how to cryonically susupend people and get them back out without every cell in thier body being ruptured (which is what happens today), than maybe. We also need to figure out how to make anti-matter at a quantity that is useable, or collect hydrogen from deep space along the way to power the spacecraft.
