[POLL] Mario Kart Wii vs. Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Which one are you more excited about getting? I reserved Brawl, and really am dying to play it, but after reading the recent information about Mario Kart Wii, I'm somehow even more excited for that. Apart from the fact I like racing games more than ... I guess, fighting games, it just offers more. The things that appeal to me most about MKWii is that you can use your Mii's, 12 player Wi-Fi support, and it has leaderboards, unlike Brawl. These two games are must-buys for me.DaGamePhreak

same here but I'm more excited for MKW then brawl

As long as Mario Kart gets back to being more skill-based (as it was on SNES and N64) and less dependent upon the power of items, I'll be interested. Double Dash really turned me off, but I'm eager to play MK Wii just to try out the bikes. That said, I'm just looking forward to having both Brawl and MK in my library, but I'll most likely play Brawl a LOT more.Dualmask

same here. i bought double dash and was pretty disappointed....hopefully nintendo will make up for it with MKW (it looks like they will) I have brawl pre-ordered, and ill probably be playing it until MKW comes out, and longer. I'm getting brawl the day it comes out, but ill wait for some reviews before i get MKW :D

Whtas wrong wit Double Dash?

I really want both but Brawl is a little bit more demanding for me than MKW.

Thats like asking me to choose between steak and pizza. I love both so much... that I put steak ON pizza.

I am very excited for both. More so for Brawl but thats only cuz its coming out very soon, but Mario Kart will take over on my anticipation list.

Now, about the steak on pizza... who wouldn't mind seeing some kind of merger of the best aspects of different Mario games. Imagine a Mario party game where instead of mini games, you play matches of Brawl, Mario Tenis, Mario Basketball, Mario Golf, or race a race in Mario Kart.

Maybe thats a goofy idea, but a game that would contain all that could end the world with its mass of content.

You can do FAR more things with Brawl in more than one way and area.

I said neither. I just can't get into fighting games or racing games, with one big exception for each. Burnout 3 on PS2, because it's all about crashing and Soul Caliber III on Story mode because it's big on strategy and you can use massive weapons.
