Here, you answer some questions.
How can a Kong character being seen with a black character be racist when the Kong character can also be seen with characters of other races? Is it only racist when a black character shares screen time with a monkey/gorilla? That's not the only circumstances available in the game though. So should Nintendo only make it possible for the Kongs to share screen time with non-black characters? Wouldn't that be putting a "no black allowed" tag on the Kong characters? So would that then be racist?

@tryit: I think if it bothers you enough to campaign for every thing that offends you and you demand change on every single aspect of a game you are a snowflake. These things shouldn't matter but to pathetic trolls like this it does.
Its NEVER ENOUGH for these people. This isn't even a major aspect of the game. They are the one linking DonkeyKong to black people as if Nintendo had some sinister motive.
