So, those terms are mutually exclusive? So you think people are making it up when they say it does'nt "feel" as right playing a particular game on another console when they have the choice of playing it on a console they are accustomed to? It's like you fail to take into account the emotional attachment that it takes to be a fan of anything.[QUOTE="tok1879"][QUOTE="GreySeal9"]
I think that kind of person is more of a console fanboy than an FF fanboy.I mean, they are probably both, but more of a console fanboy.

I don't think they are making it up when they say it doesn't "feel" right, but I think their emotions in this regard are silly as all hell as a console is just a freaking hunk of plastic. I'm not discounting the emotional attachments, I'm 'simply not going to legitimize such silliness.
If they want to play it on the system they are accustomed to, they can go right ahead and do that. The 360 version is not holding them hostage or anything.
I will say it plainly: anybody who is genuinely angry at the existence of a 360 version has some screws lose. They have let their emotional attachments cloud their reasoning.
Also, I think that FF fans who are mad about the game going to 360 are not fans of "FF" but are rather fans of "FF on the PS brand", which is where the badly worded "legitimate" claim I made comes in.
Dude, emotion is silly, but we're humans and we grow attached to things. That's just how it is. That's why we have preferences, as illogical as they may be. And in the video we all watched, they are not booing at the 360 version, they are booing at the 360 version being offered over the ps3 one as a "treat."
