@Thanatos2k: agreed. People weren't really missing out on a ton watching the games on youtube. I feel like I could get way more satisfaction playing a good visual novel game over anything TT has made because they were so IMO well written, like the nonary games and danganronpa.
What he said doesn't bother me but I can see guardians 3 making a lot less money than it could've because a lot of people have made up their minds about him after seeing those tweets and see his costume at the party he went to.
The clickbait with gamespot is getting getting worse, which I didn't think was possible. Nobody cares about ps now and that's why you guys didn't explain ANYTHING when i saw the link to get this "sweet deal" only to get people to click and be disappointed. Seriously??
@justthetip: because people are more sensitive than ever these days and they choose to let negativity get to them. If they were just gonna leave and not give an explanation then that to me means that they could care less about negative people hating on them and would've just never left and ignored them in the first place.
The most interesting thing about the Pokemon IP is that it's the one of, if not the biggest and I believe most profitable in the world and it was never even made by Nintendo lol. First gamefreak made the franchise and games, and Niantic took it to the next level basing it off their AR game that never took off, but probably will now with the sequel.
They did this because they had zero interest in making the pc version as good as the ps4 remaster and didn't want anyone to get false hopes of them doing it. Of course if that were to be done people would, and probably should expected to be done without buying the game again but they aren't willing to put int time and money to do that.
I hate getting into the political aspect of gaming, but Sony doesn't listen, in addition to this, you STILL can't change your psn ID, and I understand a lot of people want to change theirs because their 12 year old self came up with a stupid name. As much as this sucks, the ps4 has had an outstanding steady release of amazing console exclusives since the year Yakuza came out, and it's only continued with Spider-man which isn't even gonna be on pc. If they didn't have such a fantastic library of games and my friends didn't own a ps4, then I would happily switch to the xbox platform for the superior online integration and forward thinking ideas from MS. but their exclusives suck. I don't care for Sea of thieves, State of decay 2, or we happy few. BUT I will give them massive credit though because it's all on the gamepass which seems to be a fantastic value for their games.
Why do they need to make a survey asking us if we want more yakuza? There's a plenty of gamers that jumped shipped from the 360 to ps4 and releasing only Zero, 1, 2, and 6 on it makes no sense. Not to mention (0 and soon 1) is on PC now. These games are great and I've been a huge fan of yakuza since the ps2 days. It's great to see that Sega finally recognized the demand for them here in the states and I expect 3, 4, and 5 to be remastered and release in the states regardless of any survey, especially since it's already happening in japan and I would imagine it wouldn't take THAT much more work to get the translated versions on ps4 for the states.
God of war on ps2 is one of my favorite action games ever, but I think the new one is overrated. It's very polished but the repetitive and repeated boss fights (and finishing animations) got annoying quickly for me. They turned what would've been a fantastic 8-9 hour game into something way longer than it needed it to be.
