I don't see anything interesting here. It's not a new chipset, it doesn't offer any breakthrough in the market. It's just 2 already existing cards slapped together, which you could easily crossfire yourself. NVIDIA and ATI (AMD) did this last gen as well, with ATI coming out on top because TITAN Z was an overpriced brick. Back then I had 3 Titan blacks and they cost me about the same as a TITAN Z, which had worse performance than 2 TITANS B slied.

If NVIDIA comes out with just 2 TITAN Xs slapped together as well, it'll be a fail situation. Let's move on to the Volta or whatever the new chipsets and architectures bring, shall we?

I've already preordered through Steam and a physical copy for my PS4 (where i'll be playing my first few game cycles).

Couldn't care less if it is a slideshow of static pictures, I just love the series so much. And this comes from someone who spends more money on his PC than his car.

@livedreamplay: They already gave up. UWP is the new name of the game and an Apple like model, both with Windows and XBOX, if they actually manage to sell a new upgraded console annually ala Apple. In general, their vision is misguided and over ambitious yet again.

@Mr_Mark_Legion: Why not? just take out the hardware and fill it up with chocolates or something. Maybe you can fit a bottle of wine in there, or 10.

@Daelusca: It has good gameplay, by no means a bad game. I think it is more deserving than FO4. Yes, the story is crap and the whole "additional bases-online component-microtransaction hell" didn't do much for the game; but the core experience is quite good.

No Bloodborne in the game of the year or artistic design categories? and they put AC: Syndicate in there? really? Don't get me wrong, Syndicate is a gorgeous (at times) game and I actually enjoyed it a lot more than it had the right to, but compared to the artistic design of Bloodborne, lacking is not even close a description.

In addition to my previous comment, I also doubt any JRPG will ever have the same impact as FFVII, as it was the game to massively introduce the genera to the west. Nowadays JRPGs are a known quantity, complete with their over the top character designs, different takes on both turn based and real time combat and story centric scenarios.

But I just thought of an ending that is sure to cause, at least buckets of tears, flowing down in their own salty pools. After the final boos battle, bring up a screen which prompts to buy the actual ending for 29.99. Also, add to that ending different scenarios as DLC. Now that's a masterpiece. Why haven't EA or Ubisoft hired me yet, it's obvious i'm the evil genius the need.

Now that's a tear inducing emotional ending, if I've ever seen one. Take notes Square Enix.

With this statement I somehow fear they are yet again going for an overserious plot. In order to produce sadness you need to implement equal parts of happiness, If the game turns out to be a catatonic, disaster after disaster plot, nobody is going to care in the end,

In any case, let's hope they don't take themselves too seriously and manage to grasp the fine line between light heartens and seriousness.

It comes as no surprise that the most impactful ending In the series for me, has been those of FFIX and FFX, because they managed to strike with tragedy, otherwise light hearted and optimistic "heroes". Couldn't care less about Aerith dying or FFVII's anticlimactic ending.
