hello,

i purchased Red Dead Redemption for playstation 3 and the plastic wrapping around the game box had a sticker that said the following "Playstation 3 Exclusive Content Includes: SOLOMON'S FOLLY GANG HIDEOUT AND WALTON GANG OUTFIT"

there was no code to download these items in the box, does anyone know how you access these things/ where they are/ does it become unlocked in a mission? thanks for any help.

With questions like this you'd think there wasn't such a thing as an internet search engine... But guess what? There are several.

I can't believe how replete this thread is with uninformed posters. Hawk has desperately been trying to save this thread, but no one even seems to be listening. Plasma image retention is a problem of the past. That's just a fact. With tech like pixel shifting the only way you're going to see HUD IR is if you leave a game on pause for hours and hours... and that will cause problems on ANY flat panel tv. Plasma is superior to LCD in everything but whites. It just is. And even then, the difference isn't huge. Colors, black levels, contrast... It's all superior on plasmas. Now, the biggest problem this year is that it's hard to find a good plasma as a long term investment. As has been mentioned already, there is a bug in this year's run of Panasonic plasmas that causes black levels to double after X number of operating hours on the TV. CNET has been all over the issue, and you can find pictures of affected sets on forums like AVS. The difference is rather alarming. Some people might not notice, but it's definitely an issue. I, for one, am holding off on purchasing a new plasma until next year. Word is Panasonic will be utilizing Kuro tech in ALL models next year, getting rid of the black levels bug and making the initial levels even better.

I purchased mine for $500 way back on the first price drop and I haven't regretted a single moment of it. I still consider my PS2 to be my single best purchase (probably because of all the play it got back in college) but the PS3 is right up there as a close second.

I deleted it off my hard drive. The concept was a little intriguing, but it needed to be integrated seemlessly into the PS3 experience. I don't want to sit there and spend a few minutes loading up what amounts to a chat room.

Why did you have to unplug the console? That's probably not the right thing to do. EVERY TIME mine has frozen I just have to hold down the power button, console turns off, I let it sit for awhile, then turn it back on.2Chalupas
In my case the button reset didn't work. Neither of the buttons were responsive at all.

A friend of mine has a PS3 slim (puchased December) and hers froze while loading up GTA IV a while back. I hate that there's no PSU switch in the back... unplugging the system to reset it seems so... unsafe...

Looks a little like a mockup to me. Plus I doubt they have the box art finalized this long before release.

On the Sacred 2 game page... It's not that hard, dude. Go to the PS3 section, then to the "S" section of games, and then hit Sacred 2. The forum link is there on the left.

Umm... what? Regardless of whether you're a Gamespot poster or a Gamefaqs poster, you can still post in the Sacred 2 forums.
