Not sure does Divinity Orginal Sin or Total War games qualify for all the requirements.

This game is discounted so much that everyone probably have an extra copy somewhere in their steam profile.

I would recommend Fallout: New Vegas then Fallout 4 mostly because of hardcore/survival mode they have.

if you count limited run games on PS4 (yes they are also on PC too) then yeah sony has a ton of exclusives.

But i do believe scorpio will make a difference. For example I play ESO and i don't want to spend 2 minutes on every loading screen and lagging every time there is 100 users on the same city.
