I had just recently typed out and posted a blog entry about the new MK vs. DCU business, and satisfied at how it looked on the page, I went elsewhere with my browsing.

I just came back, and the whole entry is completely missing. At first, I thought maybe I had a moderator take it down, but I don't see any moderation notices or warnings for posting my blog, so I suspect it's a bug.

Can anyone help me sort this out?

I have a question concerning my union and its membership number. I have 72 members in my Shadowrunners Hideout Union, and it seems like that should be enough for at least a platoon emblem, right?

We don't have any emblems. Is this an error, or are we not meeting a requirement? If there's an FAQ that answers my question that I missed, feel free to let me know, as well. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Also, I forgot to mention that our union is not levelling up at all. Again, if there's already an answer that I've missed, point the way. Thanks again.

I'm having a problem uploading some material for my Union... I can't get the pictures I'm trying to upload to do so properly. Have a look:

The image frames are there, like they should be, but the image hasn't uploaded. It's blank. What's going on?

The images are .JPG files, and they essentially look like the other orange ones you see there. Some of them just will not upload. Any suggestions, ideas, actual fixes?

It's been wracking my brain all day. There's this ad I remember circa 1994-1996 that was for a PC fighting game. The format was describing all of the various causes for the person's death, including 'shrapnel from a cluster/frag grenade', burns from something, chars from something else, and on each one of these 'wounds' would be a screenshot of said cause being shown in the gameplay. It also had an emphasis on comparing itself to Mortal Kombat II.

I know the odds of someone remembering this is slim, but I can't find anything about it on Wikipedia, and Google comes up with nothing, either. Does anyone know?

Also, I'd like to add that, if you're the one responsible for this image system, it's great. I like the multiple sizes, including avatar-friendly, the albums are pretty straightforward, and it's nice that you are allowing for the bandwidth that you are. You have my sincerest thanks.

BUG:I noticed a format problem with the BBcode link to the art I post. When I post it, it doesn't produce an image because it's improperly formatted. For example:

[IMG=http://ui15.gamespot.com/686/elfkatanaroletoplay_5.jpg]

That is what the Share field gives me to post. As you can see, it doesn't produce an image.

However, if I type the format as follows:

*IMG*http://ui15.gamespot.com/686/elfkatanaroletoplay_5.jpg*/IMG* (obviously exchanging the asterisks for the appropriate brackets)

I should get this:

Some people who will want to use this probably aren't intimately familiar enough with BBcode to realize what's wrong.

I have a suggestion, if I may:

Add a category for Avatars, as they don't really fit into any of the other categories very well. Besides, I see avatars as being a big upload category.

As for everything else, it's fanstastic. I'm thrilled to have the ability to post my game-related artwork here, and it's very easy and streamlined, too. I think it's a great addition. Thank you very much, Gamespot! :D
