@sladakrobot: I finished the campaign 100% playthrough on my PC. My mind is not changed. I expected something more memorable like I experienced with Halo and Halo 2. I am also very worried about the state that MP is in right now and all the missing features. It's not good. We should not support releases like this or games as a service in general. 343 should be heavily criticized for its approach.
@CJamesD: Yeah 0 desire, it shows. Never seen a guy with 0 desire react in such fashion and even go as far as to edit his profile for this nonsense. If you truly had 0 desire to react you would have 0 reactions. Should edit your profile name to Mr. Strawman. That would be comedy gold.
Just to summarize - If you support games as a service and an unfinished game release by a dev that takes advantage of its player base with misplaced microtransactions, and you cannot take it when people criticize the dev and your views for doing that then you are indeed a butthurt sucker with low standards. At least the dev is listening and promised to make adjustments though it should have been done from release and we don't know if they will live up to their promises.
I think that concludes our meeting as two random dudes on the internet.
@goldenageplayer: Precisely - and where is the multiplayer review? Why is this being reviewed separately from the campaign? There should be a single score for the full package as it was on the date that both were available. Are we going to adjust reviews to meet the needs of Games as service releases now??
@CJamesD: Do whatever you want, so far the only replies I have seen from you to valid criticism of this game is that you like the game. Not a post in sight from you that replies to mine with an actual view, to begin with, or even goes into detail with regards to the criticism I have. It's not a matter of permission or feelings either. Starting to look like it is you who is just butthurt over some random guy on the internet that is criticizing your favorite game. @CJamesD: Gamepass does not cover the microtransactions nor does it cover the terrible way MP was released nor does it have anything to do with Games as a service. This has nothing to do with liking or not liking the game, I am a big fan of the gunplay in this game but I do think that the way this was released is just wrong. That seems to be a hard thing to understand for you. But hey, you do you. You like the game, that's fine, but I am not here to argue about liking the game. - To me, you are a sucker with low standards if you approve of the state that this game is in and the way it has been released. The community thanks you for setting that standard and looks forward to future unfinished releases with terrible microtransactions thanks to you and others like you. Calling me a strawman isn't going to change my opinion of you.
@CJamesD: Well, @goldenageplayer mentioned what the problem is exactly. If you are willing to get suckered out of your money by 343 through Games as a Service and terrible microtransactions like what is happening now in Halo Inf. MP then yes, you have truly lowered your standards, along with all the others defending this game and it certainly will affect the quality of future releases. Because hey, you are letting them get away with this. It seems that 343 is getting away with this only because it's Halo and the fans are just thirsty for content when instead the fans should be insanely angry for the state that MP is in right now. They are literally getting screwed.
