The unconstitutional National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984 (brought to you by famous champion of small government and states rights, Ronald Reagan) should be repealed, and states should set their own ages again without fear of losing highway funding. States should lower their drinking ages, and I would go further than 18. 16 for beer, 18 for liquor. That's how Germany does it, and it works well for them.
I have no idea how much my PC has cost at this point. Quite a lot. Over the course of its life my rig has had:
One CPU upgrade
Two GPU upgrades
One RAM upgrade
an HDD upgrade and an SSD added
Three additional cooling fans
A keyboard and mouse upgrade
As I've sworn off anything with less than 6 cores, tossing together parts on PCPartpicker for a hypothetical new build generally comes out at around $2000 (x99 mobos are so expensive), but with AMD Ryzen looks like it could be a few hundred less.
