I have always wondered why people where programed to care so much on what other people think and view them as. You only live once and I feel that sometimes worrying about what people think about you has caused many people to not reach goals and dreams. Why do you think this is?

It's not future Sci-fi, it's in the past because in the beginning of every Star Wars movie, it says, "A long, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away..."

Hard to compare the 2, but Star Wars seems to have deeper content in it, through comic books, games, etc.

hydralisk86

I'm sorry, Star Wars is about as deep as the shallow end of a kiddie pool.

Like I said, there is much more than the movies. In fact, i think someone said that to understand what is going on in the movies, you have to read the books and other media. They have video games, card games, comic books, etc., for Star Wars, and there is stuff inside. I think the content is pretty rich.

Example, different aspects of the force, weapons, ships and fighters, alien races, planets, etc.

LOTR has pretty much the same amount content aside from the books and movies than Start Wars (minus crappy cartoon and otherstaight to DVD movies).

I agree with the girls like guys who are douche thing. I consider myself a nice guy and feel you don't have to be a douche to get a girl. Just be confident (like every one has mentioned) but don't forget TO POKE FUN AT THEM. It drives them crazy, like make funof her in a flirty way.
I would stay away from making fun at their weight, age or how they look.
Just act like she is one of your bros/mates and don't tend to her every need and whim.
