No life. Who spends that much for a game alone? Seriously I like games and have many that I would love to spend on, but I have obligations to take care of. Sheesh $ 1,250.00. Wow guy could have bought a lot of stuff with that.
I never played destiny. However, the inventory system designed for destiny was around the fact that the game is for consoles and to make it useable for them with controller required something with a cursor. Save judgement till release, but also remember that others have stolen ideas before with little or no consequence. The formula issue though is an issue because it was patented and used in a commercial sense but Hello never contacted the creator about it. Hey technically owe the other guy royalties for it.
I find it amazing that HG has been using the formula for years and now, weeks before release they start some legal bs. This guy and his company are just out for money and publicity. First it's over the use of the word sky, now this. Granted this guy did invent it, but through what means did HG aquire the formula in the first place? I doubt this guy had this formula sitting around somewhere freely accessible or that HG stole it. I'm betting they purchased or negotiated the use of the formula and now this guy is trying to get more of the pie if it were.
@nl_skipper: Witcher 2, red dead revolver, Witcher 3 which is more recent. Dishonored is another, Skyrim etc. they have similar open world themes with much richer worlds that look open and actual play good too. The augs and battery stuff in the first game were weak.
@helldragonzer: Mario, Zelda and mirtal combat were very good games. Deus Ex was good ages ago, but now it's mediocre. Human revolution pales in comparison to other games with similar stories. Mankind divided looks to be the same.
Basically everything I hated in the first game, is still here but now with a more useless system that ruins the fun even more. Way to go guys, hopefully the fans who like this game are enough to sustain it because I will wait on this.
Meh, I'm already seeing it... Cancellation after first season and it'll be replaced with either NCIS reruns or maybe a 4th or 5th NCIS show. We have original, LA and New Orleans, what's next? How many cases of dead marines or sailors can lead to globe spanning conspiracies or some type of garbage. Yet they make dang sure to cancel good stuff like Limitless. Supergirl was bad, like 80's Christopher Reeves superman IV bad, though he acted the character fantastically. It needed new directors and writers and should have received a second season.
