[QUOTE="mackey12345"]Well, it all boils down to how much money your willing to give and how detailed you like your games, if you like immense detail, dual core 8800 ultra should do very well with 2-3 gigs of ram, but if you like budget pc that can give you a good framerate, and give you good visual detail (High settings) then a XFX 8800 gt 512, dual core, 2 gig pc should do.
1st option - over 1500
2nd option - 1000 - 1500 $ depending on where you buy it

a budget PC is $1000-$1500! wow..... i well i quess my pc was like 700 in 2003 or something so i dought i can play this tanks any way i only have 512 ram! i hopeing i get a new PC soon!
srry dude, thought it was crysis for a bit, had to reedit :P, srry for the confusion. my pc I refer to as budget, not latest and greatest, maybe i should have said mid range :(
[QUOTE="hoola"]I would suggest getting a better processor. Maybe an AMD X2 6400 and get a 8800 gt. I have a 8800 gts 320mb with an AMD X2 3800 and every time there is something involving physics in crysis the FPS drops into the low single digits on all medium settings at 1680x1050.nforce-
You should consider a better processor as well. I ran @ 1440x900 with a E8400 with that same 8800GTS 320mb for a while and it never got below 80FPS in the most intense firefights. And I was playing everything max- post processing intense, world/texture 5
World texture 5?? Thats UT3 man, And how can you?? I have a 8800 GT 512 and I have to turn the texture to high if I want a playable framerate :/
