I am going to create a thread that stops people from creating threads about the m16 in Cod 4.
Lesson 1: Why is it so accurate??
From my understanding, the m16 was ment to be accurate from the start, and due to the low level of recoil, its easy to stay on target, and the 5.56x45mm can pack a nasty punch when fired at flesh, since you are not hitting armored targets in the game, you are going to get hurt and the ballistics are quite fast.
Lesson 2: Why are people killing me with the m16 so easily??
Well as I said before, the Ballistics are fast, the ballistics are ment to bend in the body, the tip stops, but the bass of the projectile maintains momentum, keeps bending in half causing immense damage, pieces of the bullet will spread around the body eventually leaving you to bleed out.
Lesson 3: Why are so many people using the m16??
Well, when you start out in Cod 4, that is really the first weapon people pick when they start out, cause its an assault rifle, effective at medium long ranges, and really, in all levels, assault rifles can be effective.
Please don't hate me if I started this, I just don't want to see another thread m16 thread again, remember, I like the rifle, but I use all weapons equally so don't make duragatory comments on my thread..
