Here's on testimony fXbox One for her 10 year old son during the pandemic when his 360 broke down...
"04/30/2020
Purchased an xbox 1s, and received a damaged one. I purchased a new xbox 1s for my 10 year old. For the pandemic, because his xbox 360 broke. I recieved a broken xbox 3-25-2020 that will NOT turn on. I have called numerous times to get this resolved, jumped thru every hoop they asked, i submitted a RMA online, at first i just wanted it replaced but now i just want my money back. Ive not heard back from them or anyone about the xbox in over 3 weeks. Purchased a walmart protection plan, because i recieved it broke, there is nothing they can do, and was no reason for the protection plan, walmart refunded the 22 dollars for that. But ive been waiting on return labels to be mailed to me, so i can even send the broken xbox 1 back. I recieved an email from antonline.com with an electronic label but i have no way to print it out, to even be able to send it back TO get a refund. Ive told them they last 3 times ive called i want my money back, to please send me labels so i can send this back to u. 1 month and 1 week ive dealt with this and it isn't right. Order # XXXXXXX-XXXXXX RMA# RXXXXXX antonline.com X-XXX-XXX-XXXX
Desired Outcome
Complete refund. I purchased another xbox instead of getting this broken one replaced, after i realized this was gonna be a longer process to get a refund.C

You were issued a return authorization and sent a return label. We cannot issue a refund without the item being returned."
This is an issue that has yet to be resolved. How awful is that? This is the kind of company you're influencing people to pre-order with. C'mon GS. We love you guys but these antonline guys aren't legit. Do the Carfax first.
@maxxdiamond: You joined Game Spot last month with only 44 post but you're promoting this no name company that has complaints up the wazzo... @jazzyrider
@lintybuds99: Yes, please do. I don't have either console pre-ordered yet and I want a PS5 really badly but it's not worth dealing with a place that doesn't honor their word or uses shady practices to avoid refunds or returns.
Please believe that this is so tempting to me but I'm not risking it. Common sense prevails bro.
A 1.6 stars out of 202 reviews. Also check the BBB's website. Users have reported that they've received broken items from them and they will not take them back or they use shady methods to get out of accepting returns.
Keep in mind, it's the gamers that's keeping gaming sites relevant so please don't refer fraudulent companies to us. We're having a rough enough 2020. I'd hate for some poor guy or girl to pay for a broken console bundle and not to be able to get a refund.
