It should be what the developers are going for, not what the reviewer thinks they should be.

How long you have had DS: I think I got it a couple of months after it was released I'm not sure.

What kind of gamer: Semi hardcore, their not my life but I really do love them and have to play.

I'm pretty sure bred pokemon having higher IV values is just a story. What was the pokemon when its stats only went up by about 2 or 3 points, because they can go up with insane amounts of points at higher levels.

A lot of these people who call themselves "hardcore" are going to get their butts whipped then come on here to complain about what a horrible game it is.

Yeh the first two megaman games are dam hard. I remeber playing them on an emulator, a very dark day of my gaming history.
