Simple but effective, Reynolds is a bloody genius. Moranis looks pretty good though, shame he won't be in the new Ghostbusters movie, but ah well, at least we're getting him back in some roles soon!
Next gen Xbox is supposedly two months away from LAUNCHING and they still haven't properly announced a god damn thing. This is getting ridiculous. It's damn near mid SEPTEMBER, there's literally only 3 and a half months left in this year, and both consoles are meant to launch THIS YEAR.
This is going to be a god awful, horrific shit show, it really is.
So richy richies get to pre-order this monstrosity in 2 days, and the rest of us peons still have no clue when or how much the peasant PS5 is going to be.
Although we can probably safely assuming the discless version is going to be 100 dollars cheaper, given the price difference with the gold versions here. That's something, at least.
And people wonder why the world is starting to hate capitalism...
@EvilTyger: It's why people who are seen as "less essential"...you know, stage hands, directors, writers, lighting, people who actually make the actors look good and do every damn other thing but the acting for them should be able to get residuals as well.
@wahsobe: Pretty much what you said, I'd want to see ALL the people who work to make a show like that happen each week, year after year, end up making residuals as well. Not just the actors we see on the show each episode, certainly not the heartless corporations. At least not as much as they do continue to draw in.
@alastor529: You're an actual idiot. That's literally what rich people do, they hoard their wealth, genius. How the hell do you think they STAY rich? -.- Not really one for critical thinking, are you?
You realize a capitalist society literally thrives only when the 1% attain the vast majority of the wealth, right? That's the single biggest flaw with capitalism. Everyone "works" to attempt to get rich - VERY few ever actually succeed, however. That's the carrot that gets dangled in front of you from a very young age, and you grow up mindless thinking and hoping it'll happen to you, and if you're LUCKY, you end up dying having lived a life without at least having to have worried about money TOO much throughout it.
Oh, but you're sick of "rich shaming", get a clue ffs.
@lokar82: Kinda the point, the writers and directors aren't making 20 million a year on residuals. The actors are. All the other people who made that show work week to week, year by year, they aren't pulling in huge residuals like that. ALL the people who work on a show should get some chunks of change when it becomes a success, not just the faces we all see on screen.
