@misto1481: Like Ive said in previous comments, I admit I played GoW1 and 2, not 3. But I know it takes about 25 hours to finish (that is short) and many fans when asked about linear say its a bit less linear than the previous ones, but its linear.

Having several paths is still a linear game. And 25 hours is still a short game. 100 hours is a good game, 300 an awesome game

@mrbojangles25:

The game is a bit of a letdown. But it's a letdown because I expected it to be a 9-10 game and its more a 7-8.

A 5 is bullshit

@Keaze_: Could be right when talking about linear games. Big open world games, with free ways of doing things (that means no stupid QTEs like for example uncharted games), may benefit from an unstuck option even beeing very polished.

@Mogan: Let's say you love sci fo movies, and hate dramas. I bet you would enjoy a mediocre sci fi movie more than a good drama.

@Thanatos2k: Not talking about zombie survival, talking about non linear, non short games. And by short I mean less than 100 hours.

I am the contrary of a fanboy. I have both ps xbox and pc. What I am is a short, linear game hater.

@pcps4xb: They are doing it now, not then. And step by step.

Anyway, I got both consoles and a PC, Im in no way defending xbox (except it's controller, it's the best of any platform). All consoles are PCs on the inside. I blame console developers in general for making them uncompatible on purpose, since the hardware is the same.

@pcps4xb:

Like I said, even without having played it yet, I admit SoD2 is looking pretty mediocre.

GoW3 is a good game... for it's genre. But it's genre appeals , mostly to kids or casual gamers, that like brutal, flashy games that are over in a couple days and then they go for the next game.

My steam library tells me I have games with 2.500, 2.000, 1.600, and so on hours of gameplay. Sure, those are the top, but I expect at least 100 hours of gameplay from a good game. 300 is when I start calling a game awesome.

GoW is a flashy game for a few hours. If I am not playing it in 2 months, it wasnt a good game tho.

Everything in my opinion ofc. Not saying metacritic or other reviewrs lies, I see that many ppl like CoD style games.

@mickpunx: It's not an exclusive, you pay 1 time and it works on xbox AND pc. It's sony hanging like a stingy old man to the exclusive market. It's like apple with it's incompatibility with everything else.

Companies working against maximum compatibility, against the future, against consumers... and fanboys consumers still praising them and beeing happy about "exclusives". SO many players prefer to be happy about other players not beeing able to play "their" games than beeing able themselfs to play all games.

I got consoles but prefer PC, which has the best and by far most games, so I cant understand console players with such limited game libraries be happy about their exclusives

@lonesamurai1: keep praising the companies that encourage exclusives, while bashing the ones trying to make you pay 1 time and be able to play the game in any platform you own. Go on, bite your own hand.
