[QUOTE="jdt532"]I really hope Kinect isn't the default controls for the Xbox 720, if it is I'll pass on it like I did the Wii.akira2465
I dont think MS would be that stupid
I hope you're right but they seem to be focused big time on Kinect right now so I'm worried.
[QUOTE="jdt532"][QUOTE="momentum_god"] In your opinion but your opinion doesn't matter in this only his, since he's the one who used the word, I can't imagine it being as low as 10 it'd be atleast 30 probably more, these PR guys tend to talk out of their ass and say some stupid things momentum_god
I think a $30 reduction in cost on a electronic device would be a dramatic reduction in anybody's opinion.
if you think anything would be in anyones opinion you are wrong periodEconomics isn't one of your strengths is it?... Lets do the math shall we. Lets say Sony sold 25 million PS3s since removing BC. If it really did save them $30 per unit that would've saved them 750 million. Not a dramatic savings? I think not...
[QUOTE="jdt532"][QUOTE="momentum_god"] So how much is not dramatically? 100, 50, 30? bottom line people wanted the cheaper price over ps2 BC momentum_god
He doesn't say but I would guess less than $10 maybe even less than $5. If it saved them $20 or more that IMO would be a dramatic decrease, after selling 1 million units that would net them 20 million in savings.

[QUOTE="jdt532"][QUOTE="momentum_god"] Didn't read it cuz link gave me a list which the article wasn't on and did he say removing the BC did not effect the price in anyway? If not it's another reason thats itmomentum_god
Well he said removing BC didn't drmatically reduce production costs the main reason was to entice people to buy PS3 games as opposed to playing their PS2 games on the PS3.
