@lion2447: What is really disgusting is that a streamer has $16,000 to do that kind of thing with. This is what society is now, and it's shameful.

I can honestly say that I don't think I've wanted to see a DC movie less than I would want to see this one, and considering there is a Batman movie with Robert Pattinson in it, that is saying something here.

@Wraith3: Yep. Yet another piece that received no editorial oversight whatsoever.

Interestingly, it looks like the darkness is coming from below the castle. I think the theory that the zombie-looking thing is Ganon is not too far off. The arm looks like Midna's arm from Twilight Princess, as well. This could be the one that ties everything together - possibly a permanent finish to the series as we know it.

Good for them I guess, but that means 50% less purchases from me.

This looks and sounds like Saints Row with vampires with a special (and short-lived, no pun intended) appearance by the Outsider as emo Dracula.

I'm going to need to see a lot more of this to be convinced that it isn't going to suck. Pun intended.

Also, I can't unsee "anus" out of "Decanus", so good work on that one.

@Spartan_418: Hey Epic can't help that their stuff is better. UE5 is absolutely bleeding edge right now and no one else can even compare, and not just from a graphical perspective. I said the same thing 10 years ago, but I can't imagine it getting better. It's hard to believe how far it's come, though, so the future is bright no matter what devs use in the next 10.

Like so many games of today, it is disappointing to me that the story mode "feels like an afterthought". This was definitely a missed opportunity considering the source material, especially paired with today's technology to be able to express and create a true Evil Dead story for the ages. This is especially discouraging since Bruce Campbell is getting older and won't be around forever, and he makes the series what it is.

That being said, I will have to give it a try when it goes free to see for myself. The reviews that I have read on the internet have been mixed at best, and I don't know anyone personally that has played it, so I'll just save my money for now.
