Well i dont think an "xbox 720" is coming out soon i think they said the life span of the xbox 360 is gonna be a very long time, so you would be waiting for that future gen console awhile. I say go out and get an xbox there not as expensive as they used to be and paying for the onhline really isnt that big of a deal.

As for missing out on gears or halo i dont know both of those games are very entertaining and i really enjoy the online on both of them I would really recommend trying them. It all depends on how interested you are. Read up on em, read some reviews.

This might sound kinda lame but Batman Begins on the regular xbox. I thought that game was very entertaining.

yea its nice to jump back into Halo 3 every now and again for that exact same reasonbut after getting extremely tired of both COD games im mainly playingALOT of Gears 2 right now.

the three year warranty only applied to the people who bought the system back in 05 there was a really good article from OXM on this issue awhile back, anyway your warranty was voided when you popped the hood but it doesnt hurt to try getting it fixed if your still under the one year warranty.

I've played with friends alot lately and it seems pretty fixed since the last update. I didnt touch it before that last update because of all those damn glitches that were constantly being exploited, but now i play it on a regular basis. Definitely play it with friends though youll have more fun.

If you mean the ones at the beginning of each mission then yes just wait til the little bar at the bottom finishes loading and just hit A or start i cant remember right now. And yes i believe theres still a decently big population on COD4.

i got tired of cod4 after second prestige and im about to trade in cod: waw i liked them both theres just not enough there to keep me coming back.
