Dude if you just wander around north of megaton youll find paradise falls theres a giant guy holding an ice cream cone i think thatll give it away, also if you ride the coast of DC along the river to Rivet City its really not that bad sure youll run into A couple of Raider camps and like a scavenger and Super mutants but as long as you have stuff to heal yourself with youll make it just fine to Rivet City on foot.
I think there might be at first, and of course there are gonna be those people out there specifically looking for glitches of the sort. But like always it'll get patched in due time no doubt.

Yea the one on the boxart, i ran into some random raider camp and they had it on them not wearing it just on them, i think it was just a random occurence of luck, i wish i could tell you where and when sorry.
