@kfgelbart If you're not pleased with their products then don't buy them? Your comment makes no sense what so ever.

@lorider25 I don't understand, if it was available on Steam, you'd be forced to log onto to Steam to play. Same thing either way.

@aeterna789 @iamzeroxx But it just seems like a moot concern, I mean if you don't want it don't buy it. If they have DLC that I feel elevates the story of a game then I am in. Be it whether it is on disc (which I admit is dumb) or online to download. Maps, weapons, costumes, etc. these things just don't come off to me as something that elevates the game experience so I choose not to purchase them, but I don't flip out and condemn these publishers and developers over it.

DLC has been around now for almost a decade, this is the new business model and a lot of people buy it. Buy it or don't. I guess I am just tired of all this inane whining and bitching, if people were this loud over more important things in life imagine where we'd end up.

Maybe I am just being a naive hippy I don't know.

@Zork_Wesker @iamzeroxx @aeterna789 I understand concerns about locked out content on a disc. As far as Micro transactions go, you don't have to buy it if you don't want to? I don't think I ever told myself "I didn't get the full experience because I didn't get those alternate costume packs they just released." I don't think most kids would even care.

@aeterna789 @iamzeroxx But how do you come to the conclusion that the game you're buying isn't the "full game" as you put it. It seems to me like any game that has DLC is automatically branded as an incomplete game.

@lo_crow98 @iamzeroxx Don't all the DLC they release individually get bundled up anyway and sold at a cheap price sooner or later? I mean that's the trend I notice. I am not sure I see the difference here.

I don't always buy DLC, and but if and when I do I enjoy it. I mean I don't know. I don't understand what all the aggression is about with DLC and micro transactions. Do you guys hate it because you have to ask your parents for money?

EA publishes great games. Mass Effect, Dead Space, Battlefield, Dragon Age.. etc. They have marketing muscle and a tremendous amount of resources. I think it would be a good idea. And once again people keep condemning EA, this entitlement complex people have is baffling to me. I am not going to say EA is perfect, they have had their share of hiccups but at this point I am pretty sure people haven't a clue what they are complaining about.
