Just an update. The new video postedhttp://www.gamespot.com/features/6321831/e3-2012-a-look-ahead/?tag=topslot;thumb;1E3 2012 look ahead has no ad in front of it and it works perfectly.
Again... just the ad transition and only at Gamespot. Surely one of the site admins has some insight?
Thanks to a few timely hints, I think I've got them all. Message sent! Fun contest.
I've got them all except 7. 12. and 20. Any hints?
Well, to be fair, you gave one for 7 - and I got the musical reference - just not the answer. Maybe a hint for the other two then??
12 looks soooo familiar.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE - all the latest version. My Flash Player is the latest version.
When I begin playing a streaming video on Gamespot (every video on any other website is fine) I get the short ad and then a blank screen. Something is happening in the transition between ad and content and it is unique to Gamespot.
Yes, I've checked the four year old thread refrenced in the sticky above.
Please don't just lock this thread without some sort of suggestion or explanation as to why it is locked. I've been a subscriber to Gamespot for nine years and am a little sad that I have to go to other sites to get the same info I could be getting right here.
Nope, it's all of them all of the time. I take it back - they popped up one small video that was ad-free in their E3 coverage and it worked perfectly. It's definitely a site issue and it's happening during the transition from ad to content.
That seems to be the standard answer, but I've already done all that. Besides, it doesn't seem like it'd make sense that we can see the ads and not the content.
I can't view any of the videos on gamespot. It will allow me to watch an advertisement and then after that nothing happens. Anyone else having the same problem? Got any fixes?

I'm having the exact same issue. Ads work, videos don't. IE, Firefox, Chrome... matters not.
Works randomly for me. I've tried IE9, Chrome, and Firefox - all the latest builds with the latest Flash player.
For instance, http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/action/huntedthedemonsforge/video/6316906/hunted--the-demon-s-forge-video-review?tag=summary%3Bwatch-reviewThe Demon's Forge review will not play though this one does. http://www.gamespot.com/ps3/driving/dirt-3/video/6315202/dirt-3-video-review
The ads all appear to work fine.
Missing the emblem here. I voted at least three times but had several things happen. I was logged out mid-vote at least once. I did not have votes "stick" on two occasions. I voted through one more time with another browser and I'm pretty sure I got them all to stick at that point.
