Not really, for two reasons:
1) Lemmings want to promote the view that the 360 is a "hardcore" console and not just about shooters and racers (which are the games casuals love). Yet 50% of that list is made up of shooters and sequals of shooters. There is even an RPG made to look and feel like a shooter. Then you have racers and Madden. If lemmings want people to view their console as "hardcore" and having more than shooters and racers, then they should maybe support more games that aren't casual-loved shooters and racers.
2) I continue to have a theory that lemmings all go out and buy the exact same games. I know a number of people with 360s and they all have almost identical game libraries. While I only know a few people with a PS3, they have very different game libraries (and one uses it mostly just as a BR player). I think this theory also explains why people THINK the PS3 has poor game sales, but the attach rate is exactly the same as the 360 had during the same time period. Clealry, while 360 fans are all rushing out to buy the exact same titles, PS3 fans are buying a wider variety of titles. This results in the PS3 having lower game sales on average, but it also avoids the ovbious gap in sales that 360 games have. It appears that 360 games either sell millions or nothing at all. There are peaks and valleys. The PS3 library doesn't have those peaks, but also doesn't have the low valleys either.
Having said that, I do believe the 360 has the stronger game library filled with great games. But there is a disconnect, I think, between the perception of the consoles and what sales numbers seem to be saying.
