@Spartan_418: I agree on everything except split screen instant action was much better on the old games imo. Split screen instant action on the new games has so much restrictions

When VR is such a small market, these exclusives really have to stop. Hopefully it’s just a timed exclusive.

@majikayo666: The equivalent to the PS2 was the original Xbox. And mine is still running since 2001. I think everything was built to last back then however. The 360 had crappy build quality for sure with the red rings. But I still doubt newer systems like the Series X and PS5 will be able to last as long as the PS1, PS2, and original Xbox. Systems are just made to run so hot these days since they try so hard to compete with PC now.

@wackiewackie: Yep. It’s called Sex Panther by Odeon. It’s illegal in nine countries.

@hampton2003: Yeah a lot of developers do that today for some reason for their games. As resolution goes up they increase the CPU requirement along with the GPU. When in practice, the CPU utilization should drop or at least stay the same at minimum. If I followed their recommendations, I’d have to upgrade a high end CPU every year hahahaha

Ever since I got a PC a few years ago and got Humble Choice and all those great deals on Fanatical and Steam (comparing to console stores), I could really use that “ability to freeze time” invention lol

Since when did people start caring about the viability of other companies’ business models lol? As a consumer, my goal has always been to get the most that I can for as little as I can and that’s what they want for themselves too. Some of the comments almost seem like they’re Microsoft employees hoping their work doesn’t lose money haha. If it’s not your workplace, who cares if they lose a bunch of money or make a bunch of money as long as you get the product you want? Lol

@lowdown254: I’d argue you don’t even need a PS5 if you’re patient and Sony continues their trend of releasing on PC. But we’ll see how their PC plans play out over the next few years. They’re clearly still in the experimental stages in their PC commitments, but they’ve continued to get more aggressive.

@mogan: While I have yet to come across this in a game, I have seen a couple TV shows where they introduce a new character with little backstory and don’t focus on developing the character at all while non-stop focusing on their sexuality. I don’t care whether a character is straight, gay, bi, whatever, but if the only defining character trait of a character is their sexuality, then in my opinion you’ve written a poorly created character. And while I’m sure sometimes it’s just bad writing, it often times feels like this was done to fill a quota for brownie points. And for me it’s annoying because it comes off as not genuine and feels almost insulting that they didn’t take the time to work on the character more. Again, I don’t see this all the time, but it’s majorly obvious when you see it.

@simonthekid7: I actually like some of their advertising articles. I got a Series X for $75 off last year on Newegg and was for a limited time, so I never would have known about it unless I skimmed GameSpot articles.
