@Barighm: Indeed. And that is a shame. This here used to be a website worthy of my time. I don't know why I keep coming back. I guess it is because I can still get the news, despite having to sift through the junk to get to it. But every once in a while, I see a title for an article like this, and I get curious to see just how dumb it will be.
Taking issue with the show's lack of commentary or criticism on misogyny in this show is similar to taking issue with murder in the show.
In Westeros, people suck and shit happens. We're not looking for lessons, we just want to escape our troubles for an hour as we laugh at the bad people.
Might wanna rethink the title for this article. Remake and remaster are two very different things. Got my hopes up for a minute. Alas, remasters are not much to write home about.

@Baconstrip78: Yes. Your analogy is absurd indeed. There is no suspicion that xgalacticax is what you say this person is. (Unless you know something I don't) There is however plenty of doubt and reason to question the administration of the 2020 election.
She expressed her views on voter fraud, and opinions concerning trans people. Journalist shouldn't decide if that was misinformation or transphobic. They should just report the news. Without any bias.
Same with James Guun. An example of correct reporting: "...joke tweets from a decade prior that were FOUND TO BE offensive and..."

Technical issues, there is no getting around that, so that sticks. And I'll give that a whole point since that is a big issue for me. So, by law of averages, the other four bulletins are a half a point each subtracting from the 10 point possible overall score.
"Much to do that isn't meaningful" and "main story doesn't cohere" are both plausible and objective opinions so I will accept them. Each of these bulletins are together another point detracted from the total.
"Edgy aesthetics" is a personal choice and flies in the face of objective reviewing, so I give that no credence at all. "Different cultures and backgrounds...inaccurate and offensive" is problematic. This is a fantasy setting set apart from our own. The cultures and backgrounds found in the game do not need to be accurate, even though they are inspired from real life cultures and backgrounds. It's fantasy. And if the reviewer finds it offensive, then that is personal tastes which again flies in the face of objective reviewing, so I will not give this bulletin any credence either.
