I went directly from Screwattack to see their review about Ducktale and Stuttering Craig hasd a complete opposite review. I think Tom was not really in the mood to make this review. I didnt have any opinion about that game when they announced it but after what I saw I will probably pick it later but I want to play that game. I think they respect alot the original game and its okay and fresh to see. I have no problem to pick that game right away on my gameboy or nes and play it because its a basic videogame made for kids. The harsh point of view of Tom was like comparing Skyrim with NES Megaman. You cant apply the same critera for all games.

The problem is if the Kinect is not mandatory the developpers gonna skip that feature in future games like they did with the first kinect. Nobody want to invest time and money in a feature that most poeple are reluctant and hard to convince. Pretty sad cause a well implement kinect could really expand our way to play. Kinect was the test run and they fail by falling in that gimmicky casual game type to cash profit on this non consistant platform but they spoiled the hope of a well implemented kinect with the system and Xbox user are bitter since. I guess a was in luck cause I never bought it because of the size more my livingroom. So I still have hope for that technology. New peripheral doesnt make good game but at least it break boundaries for developpers.

Nintendo is the Disney of videogaming. Its a stubborn but good company who know what they do. We all have some sort of nostalgia associate with the big N and all they franschises belong to them. Of course, when you see the same formula repeated over and over it's redundant but we have to keep in mind that these new game are made for new gamer too. We know that older gamer are much more harder to please. We need to let IP breath a little between new titles. I bought the WiiU last week and despite all the critic I find the console prtty solid. Of course the rendering is less than most PC game but still title like Arkham City look amazing on the WiiU. Is the debut of the console. If I compare my 360 and PS3 from the 2007 vs 2012 era I can see a real overall improvment so WiiU is probably gonna be the sale if the developer and producer invest their time and money on the system. And a this point, many poeple who doest own most of the console are bashing again the poor performance of the WiiU and the glorified the real next gen but the X1 and the PS3 are not even out. Like most of you I waiting when Microsoft and Sony gonna release their console to see which one I will pick first. IMO I have no clue, both company are good with both good IP. 360, PS3, WiiU is a complete pack and the diversity is infinite. No need to buy all of them at the same time but you just need to wait the right time to buy a concole at is maturity point or bargain point.

I came back from Future Shop and they are willing to sell them at the same price plus 10% less. You just need to find a place where they still have some. BTW for collector the exclusive Wii Mini is now 89.99$. I know right now the console suck but it worth it if your willing make compromise.

Confirm at 202.75$ at walmart in Montreal. I'm gonna look at walmart this weekend if they still have some Im gonna buy one, Their is no reason for going ape shit and rush over the store and fight for that. Yes, the Basic pack doest include Nindendo Land and the memory suck but for that price its ok. Plus the games doesnt sale well so most of them are already at 19,99$. If I miss the deal im gonna stick with the preminum edition with a game later. Im giving Nintendo a try this year. Next year probably PS4 or XB1 depending on whats going to happen. We complain a lot about the price of the hardware in video game but seriously its kinda a cheap hobby compare to other. I like scuba, photography, gun, music producing and traveling and these hobbies cost me a crap ton of money everytime so videogame a my cheapest hobby since I always buy my games a year later it release. well I guess not everyone can afford what they want but my point is if you like something and your're patient enough you can make a lot more purchase than worth your money.

Like many consumers I bought a new HDTV last year so i'm not gonna buy a new one to get this 3D feature. Anyway 3D tech is still limited, there is no really difference between now and 1950 3D tech except the high def image. Anyway I'm already bored to see movie scene with something poping right i'm my face for apparently no reason except to make 3D effect. Future 3D tech should be more immersive.
