@AngelsongCA @force_user1975 You'll have to pay to play any online game on the PS4. You can try and make it sound better by talking other features all you want, Sony fans always do after all.

Bottom line is Microsoft came out and said 300,000 servers, and all games have access to them. Activision said the Xbox One version of COD Ghosts is the only one that will support dedicated servers because MS is supplying them. Sony doesn't have the infrastructure to do the same. As a person who games online 90% of the time, I refuse to buy into another console generation with peer-2-peer. Which is a huge reason I went with Xbox One this time.

Sony gave me no reason to buy a PS4 at launch, indie games and ported free-2-play games weren't going to cut it for me. I'm sure some PS4 exclusives will use dedicated servers, but what of the third party games? It was an easy choice to make, games and dedicated servers are a great combo.

@AngelsongCA @force_user1975 Well certainly in a lot of people's opinion. I have Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5 pre-ordered and I'm buying Killer Instinct and Crimson Dragon as well.

Wasn't the PS3 more powerful? Didn't make me enjoy my Xbox 360 less. The 3DS is less powerful than the Vita, but I damn sure enjoy my 3DS more than the Vita.

A few dedicated servers here and there were on this gen, but every game will support them next gen on Xbox One, even COD Ghosts. That's huge in my opinion, and if you have to pay to play on XB1 and PS4, why not pay to play on the one with dedicated servers?

@Sam_021 Nope, if the PS4 was some juggernaut it'd get a better version.

@zowbaid @force_user1975 @AngelsongCA I figured it wasn't a secret, they actually have some games coming out at launch. If I must, "In my opinion, Microsoft has the best launch lineup and have furthermore announced more exclusives and a better lineup of games for 2014".

Better?

@AngelsongCA @force_user1975 Xbox One has the best launch lineup, and as a gamer that's what I went with. Dedicated servers on all games didn't hurt either.

I'll get it on Xbox One, a game like this doesn't need 60fps in my opinion, but anyone who thought next gen meant magically getting 1080p and 60fps need to realize most of the games coming out on next gen consoles were intended and developed for current gen consoles. We wont see true next gen games for at least a year.

@JLCrogue Actually the definitive version of Titanfall will be on Xbox One, Respawn have confirmed this and have been working with Microsoft and their Cloud for years already.

100% agree, Microsoft showed only games at E3, while the competition talked about movies and apps and entertainment. Microsoft has invested 1 billion dollars in the first year alone in exclusives and exclusive game content for Xbox One. They have what I consider to be the best launch lineup since the Sega Dreamcast with Ryse, Forza Motorsport 5, Killer Instinct, Dead Rising 3, Crimson Dragon and LocoCycle. Not to mention COD Ghosts on dedicated servers, which the competition hasn't matched, the PS4 will still be doing peer-2-peer.

We also know that in 2014 we'll see games like Halo 5, Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, Titanfall and Project Spark. While Sony hasn't even really hinted at any big titles coming next year. Microsoft has been very on point with games, Sony has been stuck with relying on indie titles that are also coming to other platforms, and ported PC free-2-play games.

Can't wait for November 22nd!

@iampenguin @force_user1975 I'm a gamer, just not a PC or digital distribution gamer.
