@dimebag667: Playing old-school games on the Switch requires a special subscription (it's a monthly subscription fee). I'm not subscribed to that stuff, so I have no idea as to whether the subscription is a good deal or not. Sorry.
I would say start with something light like a Mario game. If you're still hungry for more, try Super Smash Bros or Splatoon 3. The sky is the limit. There is no right/wrong way to get into gaming.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land. I played the demo prior to its release and I didn't like it at all. The demo was way too easy. I'm glad I didn't buy into those first impressions because I bought a copy. It wasn't too easy. I'm glad I bought it because otherwise I would've missed out on a great experience.
Skateboarding games. Oher than the recent remakes, it's been a while since a new Tony Hawk game came out. I had OlliOlli World to hold me over -- and what a wonderful game that was. It's a skateboarding game that's based on platforming, rather than doing insane trick combos, like in Tony Hawk games.
