What are you playing this weekend, SW?

I will be continuing my play-through of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. I'm about 39 hours in, near the end of chapter 7. Amazing game. I can see it being my favorite Final Fantasy game when it's all set and down. And probably one of my favorite games ever. Other than that, may check out Dragon's Dogma 2 if I have a chance. How about you, SW? What are you playing this weekend?

Horizon Forbidden West.

Not much more to add, other than Nixxes are freaking porting wizards, and may just secretly be the best acquisition for Sony in the last five years. Ghost of Tsushima isn't in good hands - it's in the very best. Maybe Capcom should pay Sony to have Nixxes come fix Dragon's Dogma 2 for them, lol.

Also, I finished Ratchet & Clank just in time for the unlock. A short, fun, shooty mayhem romp. Recommended if you can get it on sale.

Probably about to go mostly dark from all communications for a while. See you in a couple of weeks.

FF7 Rebirth 58 hrs in so far. Half way clearing Cosmo Canyon. Damn i just love this game. Gonna try to plat it.

Will probably finish up Final Fantasy VII Rebirth this weekend. Will be picking up Dragon’s Dogma 2 tomorrow so will mess around with that for a bit as well.

An obnoxious amount of Dragon's Dogma 2. Like holy shit i will nolife hell outta the game. But i hope Purolator delivers my 8700x3d tomorrow so i don't have to suffer with the 9600k for too long.

What am i playing? What do you think i am playing? And no, the answer is not Youtube, not this weekend. I am installing Dragon's Dogma 2 on a 30mb download speed internet not only once, but twice, which will take a whole day. This is just pathetic.

Finished Persona 3 Reload a few minutes ago, next is Unicorn Overlord and that's it i guess.

Skull & Bones and I’m loving it. Kingpin status is nice to have. I assume I have the best ship. So much to grind in S&B, the best ship, the best cannons, the best armor etc. and I love the grind.

If I find the time, Saints and Sinners 2 Retribution. I bought PGA Tour 2K23 so I may give that a try.

Doesn't Steam have a pre load function where you can buy the game and download ready for release?

You already knew i am buying it on pc at midnight today. And while you can pre load it, you must buy it through Steam if you do, and i ain't doing that because not only is it more expensive, i also have to pay 15% taxes which is ridiclous on its own.

Probably play a bit of CoD MW2 online and Helldivers 2. I plan on spending most of my free time this weekend painting my new Warhammer figures, I’m quickly getting better the more I do it so it’s getting a lot more fun and satisfying now.

I'm gonna sit Dragon's Dogma 2 PC on the backburner for now until Capcom can fix the issue for the PC and that goes for current consoles. So, therefore, I'll be playing Horizon: Forbidden West all weekend long! And more stuff to do for Banishers: Ghost of New Eden and gotta get that game finish at some point as its a pretty good game.

I recently bought this fps game called Sprawl.

Nioh 2, probably. Think I'll wait a bit before buying DD2. Hate its dlcs, but I'll get it soon. Some patches before I do would be cool.

I'm thinking Outcast and Horizon Forbidden West on PC.

Also down to play Helldivers if anyone is up for it.

@madrocketeer: HFW looks like a fantastic port. I actually want to dive down, but I never finished HZD neither on PS4 nor Steam. I feel like I should finish HZD before double dipping HFW.

@Mozelleple112: I think you would like HFW on PC, since it will look stunning, and you can then finally justify having that super expensive GPU!

@SolidGame_basic: Yeah. the PS5 version of HFW is still arguably the best looking game I have ever seen, despite all the path tracing and ultra high res stuff on PC.

Now it looks like I'll get slightly better fidelity than the 30fps mode, but with 120+ fps. Insane!! Can't wait lol

I can tell ya now, it does look really good on PC. Shame there's no RT as it would have benefit but hopefully down the road Guerilla Games can added later on.

You don't need to finish HZD as Forbidden West does help the player speed up the previous storyline but still, its worth checking out at some point.
