I'd get Guitar Hero 3( like I did) instead of Rock Band. If money is no object, you may want to get Rock Band. However, I'm never going to use all those extra things, and Guitar Hero has an absolutely amazing soundtrack.

However.

I do have a problem with Guitar Hero 3. When I first plugged in the guitar, it didn't work(and yes, I did have the batteries in and the dongle thing). I got it working, then started up the game. Then, when I began my first song, I found that the screen was lagging because I missed every note. You can change the timing of the screen (thankfully) on the Options menu. After that, I found that the controller would disconnect every minute or so, so I'd have to pause on a regular controller, mess around with the controller until it started working, then continue playing. I fixed this by moving some furniture around. Total time:3 hours.

I like the value of Guitar Hero 3 and the soundtrack, but if I had known that I would've had to go through all that, I wouldn't have gotten it.

He's just so... pitiful, you know? He's either complaining about how horrible his situation is, or you have to save him on a rooftop from a gun turret, headcrabs, etc.
