2000's was pretty awesome for gaming. PS2 era was GOAT. I'd vote 2000-2009. (or more like 2000-2013 if we're just talking PS2 lol).

I'm also huge fan of 2010's high budget highly polished high tech games, though. FromSoftware, Naughty Dog, even Rockstar's latest games are too groundbreaking to say 90's, 80's NES and Sega Genesis nostalgia is "better". However I'm a huge nerd for old school gaming too.

Sonic the Hedgehog on Sega Genesis was my first favorite game as a child. Jurassic Park on Sega Genesis as well.

But I didn't really appreciate video games for real until I got a PS2. Games like Spider-Man, ATV Off Road Fury 2, Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, Need For Speed Underground 2 were so awesome.

By the time I was in like 5th or 6th grade I was playing Hitman Contracts and lot more mature games, but I was also into Nintendo DS games like Super Mario 64.

I haven't been to subway in years, it's awful. I prefer Jimmy Johns or Firehouse Subs or Jersey Mikes.

awesome and terrible at the same time, surrounded by genius and stupidity at the same time. i think life is mostly a mindfuk... like why? why are we here? why do we exist? are we really meant to work 9-5 jobs, get married, have kids and float on this rock forever? what is our true purpose? do we even have a natural purpose other than reproducing? where do we come from?

I think humans have lost so much of our natural history it's sad. we blindly believe in flawed ideologies just to cope with our finite existence. its pathetic. i think god, religion, culture, etc is just pure indoctrination. it closes us off from our consciousness and creativity. culture as a whole limits our ability to communicate, and it's the sole reason why we're not free, mentally. We put up walls and create splits between each other. Humans are monsters, we are destroying the earth for material possession and selfish desires.

life, to me, is rather pointless when i'm stuck in a society full of sheep and oppressors. i'm doomed to live a mediocre life because of this systematic bullshiz. this is why people do drugs and psychedelics, they're trying to escape. nobody actually wants to be here. life sucks. people need to lose their big egos and learn to love eachother, that's all we can do.

maybe Naruto - first anime i watched from start to finish, but there are definitely a lot of shows that had me hooked after watching the pilot.

breaking bad - easy choice, it's dark, it's gritty, it's perfect.

LOST - one of the first tv shows that i binge watched from start to finish, the last season is super weird tho. it's clearly a show that set the standard.

house M.D - i don't watch many medical based shows (there are A LOT) but the mystery and genius of House is awesome, and it's a show that got me hooked on Dexter and Sherlock Holmes (or just UK Sherlock) later on.

as for films ? hmmm a good list for my tastes would be :

jurassic park

the godfather (or taxi driver/goodfellas/scarface/etc)

home alone 1 and 2

the shining / the exorcist / halloween

the goonies (or the breakfast club/the stoned age/dazed and confused/ferris bueller's day off/etc)

lord of the rings / harry potter

inception / shutter island

I have a feeling after the PS5 or whatever something bad is going to happen to the gaming industry. I actually can’t even imagine life in 2030, I wonder if forums like this will even exist. It’s popularity is already waning, seems like the only games people are interested in these days are Fortnite.

Jan to April is like the worst time of the year. Crappy weather is the main reason. Wish it could be summer and winter in a forever loop without chitty spring bleh one days it’s rainy and cold, next day it’s muggy and hot. I hate spring.

also the harry potter films, watched the first 3 many, many times - the rest eh, not so much, each less than the one before (deathly hallows part 1 and 2 ... only seem them a couple times)

Gaming is fun hobby. I don't really game to relax since most of my games are intense shooters / stealth. But I do think gaming is a great way to pass the time, escape reality for a couple hours, and just learn new things. Some games have good stories, so if I don't feel like reading book I'll just play Witcher 3 or something.
