This is one of the best stealth games we had after a loooong time, especially in Goblin difficulty. I easily recommend Styx to any Thief fans (not the last game...) or stealthy gameplay lovers.You are going to have a blast while calculating your strategies to "rob" a map %100.
AI is brutal (at least on Goblin). Melee combat is not a core part of the game (this is a pure stealth game...) it's just gives you another escape tool to escape (which wont work in Goblin) and I had a good laugh when read about repeated enviroment.
It's true that we linger similar looking places for a good while, like most of the AAA titles which never had this as negative comment...
@leikeylosh Right click on characters faces to open inventories. And don't pick up everything if you don't want to a messy inventory.
You can make camera can turn 360 degrees in options.Always look options before playing games.
This is a fantasy game where dead can rise, people create fire/lightning/rain whenever they want, monsters roam the land. And your only problem is talking animals?.... Also you don't really need to pick animal friend perk.
Only agree on RPS but you can just bypass it by pressing "Space" which randomly picks a side, higher chance if you have higher social skills.
@xredstarx Magi are only overpowered at early stages of game, after you get some good gear on your warriors/archers/backstabbers they wipe the floor with enemies. Especially a 2 hander can kill a group with one whirlwind.Even if anything survives that, she can cast dust devil.
Madora was critting for 3000 in my game with Oath of desecration.
@arqe Hes just trying to tell that successful online invasions while in SP campaign are not satisfying enough both gameplay and reward wise. But other modes like Decryption mode or street races where everyone can hack anything resulting in total chaotic fun, provides rip-roaring fun. Just read and try to understand the review, everything is in there...
@Blackened_Halo We don't need classics everyday, we need some damn good games and that is one. Too many games try too hard to become classic and got forgetten instead.
@gamerno66666 Actually myself and most of the backers are actually pleased with the game. It has really horrible 3D models and animations and puzzles are really easy but this is still a good aventure game. Better than most overrated stuff on this site.
Tsk tsk tsk, such a low score for a nice adventure game. It's not the best adventure ever but probably have better writing and dialog more than most of them. Puzzles are really easy if you are an adventure game player, they are good but really easy. Only cons for this game are bad 3D models and horrible, slow animations other than these it is a solid game that can entertain you for 9 hours.
