Not watching any Gamespot video until they stop playing that godawful Mario Kart commercial. I'M FULLY AWARE OF THIS GAME, I'M STILL NOT BUYING A SMEGGING Wii!
I'm holding my breath that Wii 2 will be the Holodeck. Just have to be careful not to call up a villain who is capable of defeating Commander Data or we're all screwed.
DLC is a bit of a joke because of payment systems like Microsoft points. I handed over my credit card details once to buy some digital poop, but I bought more points than I needed... because everything is cleverly priced that way...so now 12 months later my XBox is basically a savings account that pays me zero interest and makes a loud whirring noise... which is basically like a regular savings account...BUT with the added noise irritation. Thanks for ruining my life, Microsoft.
Hmmm...I dunno though, the lighting in AC on the 360 is darker, but maybe thats better. Arghh! Its so subtle, its so hard to say which is "better". Can the GTAIV comparison really be apples for apples? Looks like the sky is a different colour!
AC looks a lot better on the PS3 in terms of lighting and shadowing, and also the rendering of people in the distance. The 360 seems to make characters in the distance look a bit jagged in AC. The PS3 seems to reproduce more subtle blends of colour in GTAIV, AC and COD4, but it is also quite blurry in GTAIV and Orange Box. The PS3's colour reproduction is definitely better. From these screen shots I'd say the PS3 produces a more life-like representation of the games. Its totally subjective though, and I don't own a PS3 so cannot comment on the games as they appear in motion.
