@robert83a2 So you're saying that Skyrim's portrayal of dragons is negative and harmful? Hmm, yes. Excellent point. I do have a more negative perception of dragons after playing Skyrim.
@AggrandizedUser You're kidding, right? Yes, Trevor says that, but it's not truly a part of his character. It's just a way to assert power over his friend. His actions toward women throughout the game make this extremely clear.
@VeredusMaximus I believe it is exactly that. But as I say in my review, the game exaggerates and reinforces, celebrates and delights in this misogyny, rather than criticizing it. So as an attempt to "comment on" how America views women, it fails completely, in my opinion. It's not saying anything, other than that women deserve to be objectified and treated as second-class citizens.
@SoreThumbsBill You disagree that films can be art? I don't know how to begin responding to that. Cinema is one of the great art forms of the past 100 years.
