Think OP is being sarcastic. The review mentions the studio 16 times.

Yeah a lack of a map is what put me off Bloodborne and other souls games. It's all well and good while you're deep in a gaming session, aware of where you have and haven't been. But I find after a couple of weeks away from the game I don't know where I'm going. I spend a couple of hours fighting through multiple corridors to find I've been there before and that's just another level of frustration added to an already frustrating game.

But at least Elden Ring has a map. From what I saw it looks like the map is of the open world, and you can place your own markers down etc. But by the look of it the insides of buildings/dungeons etc are not mapped (someone correct me if I'm wrong). So it seems like a compromise.

It took me 15 hours of play to find my first proper "bug" which was some fairly substantial pop in that was over in a split second. Gameplay has not been spoiled by any bugs at all which is pretty good in the vast densely packed open world this game provides.

The original game had weekly updates for a while after release and I found that game was stable from the get go too. Looks like we'll be getting weekly updates for this one for a while as well.

". . . Features a CGI Aloy"

Call me pedantic but aren't all videos of Aloy technically CGI?

This was pretty cool back in the day. Liked how, if you wanted to be a medic in the game, you had take a first-aid exam choosing from multiple answers and you had to pass. So you actually learned some real first aid.

The style used does kinda look like "Wing Chun" to me but then it derives from Kung-Fu anyway. Wing Chun is not flashy, per se, as it's about making small but effective counter-attacking movements rather than large swinging predictable movements.

@sladakrobot: Fatigue? No such thing for me. I wish I could turn the effects up as I don't think they're strong enough in a lot of games.

Professional analysts do their research though. Like you say they both are very hard to find. Demand far outweighs production so at the moment whoever can make the most sells the most (well to a certain degree anyway).

It could be that analyst has looked into who is likely to make more in 2022 by tracking sales of components to various production lines and factored that into their prediction?
