Hopefully The Last Remnant 2 or a game with a similar combat system.

I voted Blazblue since Persona Arena isn't up there for some reason and I haven't had a chance to play Guilty Gear Xrd yet.
The one that was actually fun to play; Resident Evil 4.
I remember playing 1 and Zero on the Gamecube when I was a kid and found them mildly enjoyable, but I recently bought them both on the Wii and after only an hour of playing realized how terrible they both were.
@bforrester420: "Oh, I didn't take it as an attack at all. There's probably a park nearby, but my gym membership is essentially subsidized by my employer...I get $100 a quarter in a Health Savings Account and I have a gym buddy that insists on paying me to drive him to the gym during lunch"
I used to go gym but now I lift at home. Was wondering, I usually train one body part per session and usually do 7-8 sets of one particular lift, is it better to do a few different lifts per body part in one session or just do what I normally do?
That depends on your goals. If you building mass is your goal, you'll want to shoot for more volume, 12-15 total work sets per muscle group. For the larger muscle groups like back, closer to 20 sets of 8 - 12 reps. Hypertrophy is the name of the game for building muscle. I'll throw in calf-raises 3 days a week because calves are an endurance muscle (like abs), and can/should be trained frequently. I don't dick with abs...I know, I should. Sometimes I'll dead lift with back, sometimes with legs. I haven't been dead lifting very consistently lately. Here's another great volume training workout: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/luis13.htm
My typical split:
Monday: Back
- 5 sets of pullups to failure
- 4 sets of barbell bent-over rows or T-Bar rows (6-12 reps)
- 4 sets of neutral grip cable pull downs (10 - 12)
- 4 sets of cable rows or single-arm dumbbell rows (6-12)
- 3 sets of straight-arm pull downs/pullovers (12 - 15)
Tuesday: Chest
- 4 sets of heavy flat or incline barbell presses (3 - 8 reps)
- 4 sets of flat or incline dumbbell presses, if I did flat bench, I'll do incline dumbbells and vice versa (8 - 12)
- 4 sets of push-ups to failure (I get the best squeeze in my chest from push-ups than any other chest exercise)
Wednesday: Legs
- 8 sets of squats (10 reps...this is my current routine...I'm just getting back to squats, so I'm working on getting my form and endurance back) When I go heavy on squats, I'll do 5 work sets of 6s or 3s)
- 4 sets of let curls (10 - 15)
- When I do less volume on squats, I'll add lunges or step-ups on a plyo box. I train legs mostly for strength/endurance than for muscle mass. I'll switch up back squats and do front squats every 8 weeks or so.
Thursday: Shoulders
- 5 sets of heavy military or seated dumbbell presses (5 - 8)
- 4 sets of rear-delt raises (10 - 12)
- 4 sets of lateral raises (8 - 12)
- 3 sets of upright rows (10 - 15)
- 3 sets of dumbbell shrugs
Friday: Arms (weekend pump!)
- 4 sets of weighted dips (6 - 10)
- 4 sets of skull-crushers (lying tricep presses...8 - 12)
- 4 sets of single-arm dumbbell behind the neck raises
- 4 sets of barbell curls (EZ curl or straight bar 6 - 12)
- 4 sets of concentration curls ( 8 - 12)
- 4 sets of incline bench dumbell curls (8 - 12)
I switch things up somewhat regularly. For a while I'll do biceps with chest or back...same with triceps. Try limiting your rest between sets...60-90 seconds. If I have time, I'll do 15-20 minutes of cardio after weights. On leg day I always try to ride the stationary bike afterwards to try to limit soreness.
Off topic but do you get joint pain training that frequently?
I used to do a Bodybuilding program and used to get horrible joint pain If I trained the same bodypart twice in a row...like shoulders(working triceps) and then arms the next day. I'v recently switched to Powerlifting for that very reason as I just put it down to my poor recovery lol, I only really got it in my arms though.
bayonetta was last gens genre defining hack and slash. \
No it wasn't...
Unless you're still mad that its sequel is an exclusive then it really was.
When I click on the quote button nothing comes up in my comment, I'v had this issue before and it seems to come and go but it's been like this for about a month now.
Has anyone here played all of the Parasite Eve games? I bought The 3rd Birthday recently and haven't played the first two...will the story be difficult to grasp?
So the people who are complaining about this being a cash grab are the same people who were happy to pay full price for Windwaker on Wii U?
