That game is going to be so fucking good. So hyped.

Really too bad that this game will be WiiU exclusive. But as we know it would not have even existed if not for Nintendo in the first place, so no harm done.

I want this so bad. I wanted to play Bayonetta 1 but the shitty PS3 version was not an option and I didn't want to borrow my friends 360 just for this and tales of Vesperia. So pumped.

I liked it the first time I played it but the game didn't age well. The music, the story and the gameplay are intolerable.

I wonder how Edge feels about that 10 now because Eurogamer did a retrospective and ended up saying that the game was inferior to DMC4 after all the shit they talked about Bayonetta evolving the genre and shit. But that's just how all PG's games are. Cool concept that gets boring real fast.

It's not exactly retrospective. It's two completely different writers. He makes valid points about the QTEs (shitty) and the forgiving nature of Bayonetta's checkpoints, but it's a more inspired game start to finish. The game delivers plenty on Hard and Infinite Climax, the Rodin fight, tons of unlockables, and the battle system has more going for it since it maximizes everything it was going for. DMC4 on the flip side short changes the Devil Bringer, while compromising the Dante in this game after the brilliant one in DMC3 (on the fly style switching noted).

As far as difficulty is concerned the strict scoring system in Bayonetta covers that end plenty as well. I could understand someone not liking the music (shit taste and all), or the story because of a lack of humor, but the gameplay is magnificent by the genres standards. Unless you got DMC3's more free form combat engine or Ninja Gaiden 2's efficiency, you aren't really delivering a better battle system.

bayonetta was last gens genre defining hack and slash. This is a major coup for Nintendo. Just hope the WiiU can do this justice and they buy it.

Of course it can. If anything, it just can't do AA with those graphics at 60FPS. I think the devs made the right decision here. I'm sure it looks that bad because it's a compressed to hell screenshot.

Wiiu's software aka games on a games console is so superior right now. So happy I have one.

This game is looking incredible, can't wait for it, one of my most hyped games this year.

The music is great though and with pretty much every PG game the gameplay gets more fun and more addictive the more you play it. I genuinely can't understand opinions like yours. It's like you purposefully have bad taste or something.

An over the top, fast paced, colorful action game with gorgeous art direction and a great sense of humor, running at 60 fps in 1080p. Sounds good to me.

I wonder what's wrong with you for why you're so ridiculously hung up on whether or not graphics are cutting edge that you literally can't appreciate great art direction and gameplay. Nearly every post I see from you is bitching about graphics.
