edit:

Can your lenovo be sent in for warranty?

If no, there should be a button or another method to return it to its original factory configuration (look it up in the manual)

Also, you didn't mention what exactly happens when you insert the disc into the drive.

Does it start to spin, windows doesn't show it or does it show it but it cannot be accessed.

Could also be a virus, depending on what happens when you put that disc in.

both pccg and scorptec better than centrecom and msy as far as my personal experience goes with em

whirpool has a sticky thread on a $1k gaming pc in their desktop forum as well

This was a brick game and fairly ancient.

The game had you playing as frankenstien

It was black and white around late 80s was the time I got this I think

The player was stuck in a room and had to kill the guys who came in through the window or the door.

There was a table in the middle of the room on which franky lay down as well.

I can point you to this image as a reference, I live in AUS so can't help out much with pricing but if you use this as a reference and do a price check on UK websites I'm sure you can find a good deal.

Good luck with the system buildup

edit: incase you can't see the image linky

forum doesn't like image dimensions so removed it
