Ignoring the negative stuff about the game before you buy it is the worst possible way to go about it. adventureseeker, make sure you want to lay down $50 for this game before just going out and getting it. If multiplayer is the most important thing to you and what you've seen is what you want, then you'll probably want to buy it. Otherwise, don't ignore the negative stuff... rent the game first. Even some of the people who loved the multiplayer in the first few days have said that they don't like it so much after the initial fun wore off, but others still love it. Just go about it with caution.[QUOTE="JordanElek"]

You should look in to every game you're interested in, no matter what the reviews say. There are pleanty of games that get all kinds of AAA praise that I can't figure out what the reviewers saw. inclduing GOTYs.
I've been looking at this game for like a year and the thing that makes me want to buy it the most is the multiplayer. It's only 49.99 and I have 72 bucks left from trading in games so it's either The Sims 3 or The Conduit :P
