@chakan2: yeah they fired jeff gerstmann over a negative review once for a shitty game like Cyberpunk many years back. So i guess you're right about that. If Jeff was a female I doubt they'd had gone through with it.
Gotta give positive reviews to games like this to keep either the fanboys or advertisers happy.
Still though, 7/10 is an extremely generous score for such a broken unfinished game. This reviewer speaks the truth.
Gamersnexus did a nice benchmark video of the game the other day... basically if you don't have a high thread count and very top end CPU, you will get some bad 0.1% frame drops every so often, even at the lowest game settings.
Basically a noticeable stutter every so often, not what you expect with a game that should be in perfect condition after 7+ years of development.
@st_monica: she said a buggy game was buggy and average and it is. Its just sexism, if it was a man you'd see far less attacks. Human race never fails to disappoint.
Maybe in 6-12 months it'll be great, not great right now. I thank her for honest review and saving me time and i can recheck this game next year and see if it was improved.

Worthabuy just said his review was taken down, it wasn't completely negative but he did expose many of the bugs he saw and had video evidence to back it up.
CDPR are just common thugs, they for years have pretended to be the good guys, they aren't. They are just as bad or worse than the bigger companies like EA, Ubisoft, Activision, etc
From the videos i've seen, the bugs are just as bad as any bethesda game, and they infamous for broken buggy games.
After seeing a lot of videos of this game in action since this review, I'd say she probably rated this game too high... which is funny cause a lot of fanboys were saying 7/10 wasn't fair. Looks like a 3 or 4/10 in its current state.
@Barighm: yeah i agree they shouldn't rush reviews. Plus I heard the review copies they gave the reviewers had DRM on them which hurt performance.
The ACG youtube reviewer said hes not even gonna review the broken drm review copy and he's waiting for the same drm free version customers will get to give it a fair review.
They should have done that review in progress thing where they give it a temporary review until they completely finish all aspects of the game... kinda wierd they went out of their way to give a detailed review that Marvel avengers game even though it was basically a low quality cashshop game... and for a game like this the reviewer rushes through main storyline and doesn't have time to do much else.
She said she did like 20+ hrs of side missions. There is a deadline on reviews when they work for a site like this, she couldn't spend 3 weeks playing it doing every mission 10 different ways.
I'm glad she gave her honest review on it and not just a fake high score to take heat off herself. Takes guts to review a over hyped game honestly knowing a bunch of aggressive children will get mad when you do.
@Barighm: not true according to her written review, she said she liked the side quests more than the main quest, she actually said she spent 35 hrs doing just side quests.
In the video you linked there, she is mentioning scenarios where she would see the cops ask for help and she said she never felt like doing any of those side quests.
Not sure how you can say she didn't explore the content, spending 35 hrs on side quests, then doing main quest on top of that. She can't play this game for 6 months and then release a review, they don't get the game early enough to do that.
Don't bash this reviewer by misleading what she wrote here and what she said in that video.
This makes no sense, how would "bringing down" CDPR help a larger developer out?
Maybe it'd help Steam slightly because GOG takes away a few sales but steam doesn't make many games either. CDPR makes so few games they really don't cause much competition against other developers.
Sounds like another conspiracy for people with brain damage to follow.
