hey guys, its been a pretty good while sence i got a new game and im getting that itch lol. im thinking of dead island or mass effect 2 or 3. What do u guys think? i love the idea of dead island, the whole fighting zombies and servival thing and of course i love walking dead TV series ;) but i heard the game was only so so in quality, i know almost nothing about the ME games other than they seem to be pretty popular and there some sorta space rpg/shooter blend. has the dead island game gotten any better with patchs? Are the ME games as good as there popularity suggest?

Starfox 64 is a true classic and still holds up exceptionally. I bought the 3D version and 100% completed it yet again without a dull moment (except the BlueMarine segments). If Starfox were to happen again, I prefer Miyamoto to back it up like Starfox 64 because obviously, he knows what's best for the franchise. Here's an idea, and I know it's been done to death at this point, but I think a reboot should happen when the 4 iconic characters are together again. I just don't like where Starfox settles now.

Yeah, I played the a little of the first one a while after I played 64 and I find it hard to tolerate the framerate of that game. I'll give it a chance again eventually when I come across it.

while i dont mind a prequel im worried about it being set in the silver gae. iirc that was a rather goofy time for comics batman in perticular. lots of "gee golly bat man" and other corny dialog ect.

Starfox Adventures originally wasn't supposed to be Starfox and it just came off weird in the end. It turned out to be a lesser Zelda. id def love a new starfox. i just hope if they do make it its all about the airwing i think it was called, you know the jet fighter. nevercared for the ground based combat. and i hope its not onrails. id love a starfox with a little more flight sim like controls. by that i dont mean tons of dials and switchs ect but that you can manuver the airwing around and dog fight like in a more realistic way. kinda like the acecombat games ect ....but better ;) a new metriod would be super cool as well.

The notion that Nintendo could have supported such a system at such a time would have been suicide, really. The HD model did nothing but cause Microsoft and Sony to bleed revenue for years, and unlike those two, Nintendo's not the kind of company that can afford massive losses in the 'video game division', seeing as that's all Nintendo has to work with. :P And on top of that, you'd then have to consider the fact Nintendo would be competing for the very same audience they failed to attract the gen before, when they had a console that was not only comparable to its competitors in terms of power, but was also the most affordable console on the market at the time. In other words, Nintendo would have invested an absurd amount of money to really get nowhere, and anyone with a modest amount of business sense would tell you that it would have been a disastrous decision on Nintendo's part to compete in such a manner.

The truth is that people should be thanking the Wii for even giving the Wii U a chance to exist. No one gave Nintendo a shot to be a relevant figure this gen, and at times, the Wii was really the only thing that mattered in the marketplace. The Wii not only kept the door open for Nintendo in the console market, it in fact opened the door so wide, Nintendo could actually try to re-adapt a former approached that had failed them in the past. Now, it's up to the Wii U to make sure that the Wii's massive success wasn't all for nothing, really.

Hahaha. How entertaining. Nintendo made the Wii not a powerhouse cause they wanted to test the concept of motion controls No they did it to keep cost low. If they tested them on a power system like a 360 or PS3 and people DIDNT like it then it would have blown up in Nintendo's face and been a failureagain to keep cost low. So Nintendo sat back a generation to test them on a cheaper console. If the idea failed it wouldnt be a big deal for Nintendoconjector it may have been a huge deal.. However it was loved by most how do u know that? have you talked with ever person who owns a wii to get there opinion?. They lost $6.4 BILLION in 2011wich had nothing to do with the playstation brand. Thats 1/3 of the entire Sony companies worth. Sony themself said they predict that will happen again this year. Meaning they lost 2/3 of the entire companies worth in 2 years. They fired 10,000 employees. Their investors have lost all faith in them. They didnt start making a profit from the PS3 till just last year. If Sony isnt EXTREMLY careful they will disappear in 2 years timei would not hold my breath on that buddy. Sony and Microsoft both tried to out due each other and both used up everything they had pretty much Please explain that one, 360 has sold great as have the ps3 in fact if im not mistaken the ps3 has out sold the other two systems world wide the last couple years.. Sure with the new systems they can bump it up from 720p to 1080p there has alraedy been ps3 games that play at 1080p but res is not the only factor in graphical quality nore is graphics the only useul thing that can be done with more powerful hardwear. But thats not a big jump like Wii to Wii U with 480p to 1080p. Graphicly Microsoft and Sony got themselfs backed into a corner lolNo they have not, there is TONS of room for improvemnet.

With the Xbox 720 all there is that most people want is Halo 5 and Halo 6. Having to keep paying for XBL and not being able to play used games or Xbox 360 games. And supposedly all games being Digital only for the 720 are huge issues for most people.

PS4...IF sony makes it dont expect a powerhouse system again about those lotto numbers, when can i expect them?. As for games...what is there a LOT judgeing by the past 3 sony systms ? Wii U is first time Nintendo goes HD. First system to be true 1080p and 60 fpso so now graphics matter, all iv heard for 6 years now from you ninty elite is that graphics dont matter lol. Kickass gamepad controller maybe. Pro controller. Dont have to buy batteries anymore unless for the Pro controller. Just charge the Gamepad. FREE ONLINE thats just as good as XBL and how do you know it will be as good as XBL OR PSN? awnser, you dont have a clue like most of what you say its just hopeful thinking at this point. Miiverse. ZELDA HD, Metroid HD, Starfox HD, F-Zero HD, Smash Bros, Mario, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Pikmin 3, Miyamotos NEW IP. How can the Wii U be beat same way any console can be "beat"?
