That's your cue, man-baby squeakers who can't fathom how this negatively affects some people. Go ahead and fill up the comments with your "OMFG tehy h8 teh pokemongs!!! they r terilble pplz!!!" garbage....
I have all settings on max except framerate (which I set to 60fps) and resolution (which is at 1080p). I have no crashes and the actual framerate sticks at 60fps at all times.
I'm using a gtx 1080 and a core i7 6700k with 32gb of ram. I've seen other people with the same setup post about having issues but for me personally I have had none whatsoever.
It's funny, when they took down the Metroid fan game recently it was like "Yeah we need to protect our IP." But are they really protecting their IP??? When you think about it they're basically punishing their biggest fans for being big fans, and then proceeding to drop the ball with their own offerings. If anything it seems to me like that it hurts their IP and faith in their brands.
It's not like the people who love Pokemon and Metroid enough to download and play a fan made game are going to be passing up on any quality offerings released by Nintendo because they have a fan-game available. Key word here is "quality."
@nuklearkrisis: What the hell did you expect? I don't think they set any unrealistic expectations before launching... Were you expecting CoD-like gameplay or something? I don't think that the game is as great as I would have liked but I don't feel duped out of my money at all.
@nuklearkrisis: Oh give me a fkn break... You clearly know jack shit about coding. As someone who is actually a programmer let me tell you that this game is technologically a marvel. Gameplay may not be what everyone was hoping for, but saying that the devs are terrible programmers is absolute garbage. What they have done with generating everything is quite impressive.
Most game soundtracks don't really function well as music to be listened to outside of the game. This soundtrack actually sounds like an album. Very cool.
@Crypt_mx: and I'm okay with stylizing... as long as it looks good. these character designs are a huge turn off for me. the open world looks lovely though, and the gameplay looks much improved over watch dogs 1 so at least this has some things going for it. I guess maybe I'm no longer part of the target audience for this franchise lol.
lol everyone thinks they worthy of being a critic of an extremely ambitious game they have never played when most of the same people probably couldn't even draw an aesthetically pleasing picture.
