I was just wondering, If I was the only one. I love the books that are by Eric Nylund but the Flood by William C. Dietz just is too repetitive. I'm about 80% through the fourth book and I'm loving it so anyone with opinions on this please post :

I know what you mean.
Fall of Reach and First Strike are great. It's amazing how detail and emphasis was put on the training of the spartans in the first one.
I didn't read one thing in there that changed my beliefs in the slightest. Nice effort, though.Taxpaying_AcornSame here.
Eat a few hours before so you have the energy. Eat breakfast, then workout an hour or two later. Dont sleep after working out. Dont work out every day either. Do it every other day. Every day puts to much strain on your muscles, you will only damage them. Make sure you eat normally. Your body needs fat to burn, if not, you will burn off muscle. Work out on different parts too. Dont just concentrate on one part of your body or you will end up look disproportioned. daniel52587
what ever happened to those guys, " Arms, chest, the hell with the rest!"
just some extra advice, dont over do it when you first start. a buddy of mine overdid it for his first couple days, his pee was brown because of too much lactic acid buildup in the muscles (somethin like that)
yea windchill has to do with it....i had monday off with -4 degree high, but windchill high was like -30 degrees.
i had school yesterday, but it was a -6 degree high but windchill high was like -15 degrees
I'm embarrassed because of the Super Bowl.
The first quarter was great. I'm a die hard Bears fan, so when Hester ran back the opening kick off I was excited. Soon its half-time and I'm starting to get worried, they are down 16-14 and the defense is already tired. Next thing I know its the end of the third quarter and Ron Turners calling passes even though "we are a running team." Fourth quarter, Rons still calling passes with Rex. I live in Wisconsin, and my whole school knows I'm a Bears fan. I don't even want to show up for school tomorrow.
