@blackmoes There is a rule authors try to follow with writing. Especially new authors. You hook them on that first page. Not the middle of the book.
I shouldn't have to wait until weekly updates to add content. If the game doesn't do it within the first 30-minutes, it's not going to do it in several hours, after weekly updates.
@destinynoobs @TheKokopelli No, but dude - you get another 15 minutes of Destiny awesomeness for that 30-minutes. You probably can't get a 15-minutes of an awesome lap dance for $30.00
@nousername66 You can pre-order a game and not open it until reading the reviews. This is not the first game I have pre-ordered, picked up, and returned. Especially if it has some excessive pre-order DLC on the receipt that people are dumb enough to pay a premium for.
@eldominicano809 Could be worse. You could have spent the $150.00 for the collector's edition, or been on the people to drop $300.00 plus on it via EBay.
I was hoping there would be more after playing the Beta, because I wasn't all too impressed with it. I became jaded when Bungie made the "Ignore the reviews, our game is great" comment, and then the lack of professional reviews for several days.
I feel this review is spot on, and I am glad I spent the $4.00 to RedBox it opposed to dropping $60.00 on it. Which sucks. I had high hopes for this game.
