I also found the classes to be too alike, even from early level. You don't play differently at all, no matter which class you pick.

For instance, it would've been more interesting if say the warlock were a dotting class, that would change your fight mechanics. Or a hunter had some kind of sticky bomb ammo, where he could then kite groups together to share blastdmg or something. Or the hunter could have traps, that make enemies caught in them vulnerable to other kinds of dmg. Differences should be more than fluff, the difference in jump mechanic atm do not offer you a different playstyle.

I also miss any complementary interaction between guardians. For instance, again, a hunter could've had a crippling trap, that would render enemies vulnerable to melee, of which the tank should have the hardest hitting kind...

And yes, I think this should be introduced from the getgo, not at lvl 15.

I don't like games that try to balance pve and pvp. Wow has struggled with that for ages, and it always ends up at the detriment of one or the other. They need to be split up, mechanics that work well in pve, but would be op in pvp, should be disabled in pvp and vice versa.

I did do the moon mission, and I'm still a bit underwhelmed. So far, the story missions all go the same way, you go somewhere, activate ghost, defend against an assault, etc. How about a little puzzle sometimes, a series of jumps to test our fantastic (but yet so far useless) double jump on, a vehicle getaway race over a vast plain with awesome scenery and things exploding around you or giant worms ripping out of the ground, stealth/disguise missions in overwhelming enemy presence,...

I know it's only a beta, but I'm pretty sure so close to release, we're not going to see a whole lot more than we've seen already gameplay wise, and to my regret I found it very light.

Physical and digital should be combined as well. I buy the digital version way before it's release to get whatever perks and then on release I get a physical copy mailed to me.

That way I can free up disc space if needed and I don't have to redownload the game again, because those are the only 2 things seperating me from digital gameheaven, discspace and downloadspeed.

Exciting Hour was one of my favourite arcade games in the 80's.

There's 5 fights and at the end of the fifth you win the championship belt, then the game just starts over.

I thought it had cool opponents, like Pirhana, who munches on you when he grapples you ;D

There a lot of cool actions to do, you can lift the opponent over your head to slam him, piledriver, you can also climb the posts, and you can throw someone outside the ring and continue the fight outside :)

Yeah, the head of the female human is a bit too small.

Otherwise, I like the improvements, especially to Tauren ;P

It's nice they still pour some love into this game, and I'll be there when Draenor comes out, but I'm eagerly awaiting the next gen MMORPG from Blizzard!

Nobody is forcing anybody to buy this, so if you don't like the format or the price, just don't buy it.

I'm a fan of the series, and I'm enjoying this appetiser.

"What's inside the box" is good when you as a developper or storyteller (J.J.) KNOW what's inside the box beforehand and know it's good!

Following the rabbit down the rabbithole for 6 seasons (Lost) to discover what's at the end is total shit is a letdown of LEGENDARY proportions!

I personally don't like J.J because of this. To me, he shows utter contempt for his public, as if we were cattle to lead around for a bit. "Hey, follow me over here, it's amazing, at least I think it will be...well, ok, it wasn't, but what a ride, no?" No, it wasn't, you just stole my time I could've spent discovering real amazing things...

And another thing, I hate big business, the fat pricks with their sigars standing behind the prodigy for the photo-opp. They're there, so called because they enable talent to develop, and they do,...except that's not the reason they're there in the spotlight.
No, it's so they can shovel all their other shit under that same blanket to the trusting consumer. And so these developers and producers (movies & music) just flood the market with shit, day in day out. They need a mass of people to keep massproducing shit, good or bad it doesn't matter as long as they hit once every so often, which in turn needs to justify their extravagant costs.
It's a money business.

I hope someday, one of you clever dudes is going to reinvent the gaming business model. Because from where I sit, like so many other things before it, big bucks has claimed it. Free games now! :P

2nd hand sales is everyday business, always has been, always will be.
Every business has to deal with that. Games also suffer from copying, other businesses suffer from knock-offs as well.

Developers shouldn't be sore that companies like Gamestop earn on second hand sales. If they want to combat that, then get into the second hand market yourselves. Offer something to gamers sending games back to you, instead of the 10 EUR they still get when selling it to a second hand shop, and resale yourselves. Offer something with enough incentive to do that.

On another note, I never resale good games, ever.
