@jonnybrownieboy: None of those games play *exactly* like Fortnite. I would only expect someone who hasn’t played the game to be ignorant or dismissive of that.
EA\DICE has been ignoring fans for years now in regard to bringing back Bad Company, so unless something spectacular is presented May 23rd, I will continue to ignore EA\DICE and the Battlefield series. BF1 was awful.
Good for him, I’ve only seen his stream in the recent months it’s exploded. I suspect “idiots” who haven’t grasped the concept of marketing are stupefied by his income, whilst ignoring things like the 100K viewers he brings almost daily to Amazon Prime and their business (Twitch). It’s as if people aren’t aware huge corporations pay dearly to keep the attention on their products. I hope some avid gamers, with the passion for playing he clearly has, are inspired. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there because Joe Nobody disapproves.
@straightcur: My post doesn’t need to. I assume we can all read here, and if you read the article I commented on, and am responding to, you shouldn’t require more context clues. This isn’t a political forum and I’m not writing an editorial. As a gamer, you either agree that his words concerning this issue are astronomically stupid or you don’t. It’s really that simple.
What’s it going to take with this guy? What issue hasn’t he spewed complete and utter bullshit about yet? Of the various communities/people I follow via the internet, an astronomically stupid Trump quote always manages to make an appearance.
